We have the competency, licenses, and resources to register and import medical devices into our market, complying with the relevant authorities’ requirements. To date, we have completed more than 226 product registration submissions, totalling more than 1000 products.
Our sales personnel has a strong background in medical-related fields and a good understanding of the local healthcare system.
All products have different positions and niche in the market space. Each market is also different and our understanding of the local healthcare structure enables us to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies. We often collaborate with Scientists and Clinicians on potential uses of new products, and also provide our customers with complete solutions owing to our access to complementary products.
LOGISTICS & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Cold chain management is critical for medical devices. Our processes, warehouse, delivery vehicle are audited annually to comply with the local standards for Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device.
Pre- and post-sales technical support is a key component of our business. Our technical support team comprises Application Specialists and Field Service Engineers. Together, they are able to install, service, and troubleshoot instruments, conduct product demonstration and training, and assist with evaluation, validation, and go-live support to end-users. In addition, our Engineers are available to our customers 24/7.
